At FANTASTIC APPAREL INC, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your order of shirts and dresses, we are here to help.

Submit your Return Online

2. When mailing the return items, please use the return label from the refunding confirmation email.

— Please note, for using this return service, a 5% restocking fee of the total purchased amount will be deducted from your refund.

3. Please allow approximately three to four weeks for your return to be processed at our Distribution Center, and for your refund to initiate and return back to your credit card.

 

  1. Returns

If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item is in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  1. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Please note the following details regarding refunds:

  • Processing Time:Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after receiving the returned item.
  • Shipping Costs:Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).
